Web presence for client transformed
When Transform, one of the UK’s leading providers of cosmetic surgery, first approached us to develop its new website little did we know we’d be embarking on one of our biggest web projects yet.
It was a project so vast it touched every single department in the agency from design and build, creative and studio, development – front- and back-end, and copy writing and project management, and it was all delivered in just a matter of months.
An incredible 30,000 words of copy are presented alongside 16 patient stories in the agency’s bespoke content management system – debuted here for the first time.
Philippa Tollit, project manager, says: “This was not only a technically complicated website using for the first time our unique CMS system, it was also a mammoth task with regards to the sheer volume of content that needed creating. Our content writers worked flat out writing compelling, sensitive and professional content that explained the range of services and presenting patient stories.
“Similarly, David Cannell, our senior digital creative, designed a site that is inviting yet authoritative and that’s a hard balance to strike.”
Helen Littlewood, client services director, takes up the story: “On the development side of things our team worked diligently under a great deal of pressure, but delivered a wonderful site of which we are particularly proud, especially considering the tight timeline.”
